Product Depict
The idler surface is welded with right/left turn screw steel spring or covered right/left turn screw rubber ring. It is used to cleaning the things that adhesion to the belt.
Conveyor roller:
1. Roller idlers Dia 63.5mm-219mm, length 150-3500mm, which are used in the steel industry, harbor, coal industry, power industry, cement industry, etc
2. Shaft: 45# STEEL
3. Bearing: Double Row Deep Groove Ball Bearing 2RS&2Z with C3 clearance.
4. Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with Multi-stage Labyrinth and Retention Cap with Outboard Rubbing Flinger Seal.
5. Lubrication: Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors.
6. Welding: CO2 gas shielded arc welding end
7. Painting: Ordinary painting, hot galvanized painting, electric static spraying painting, baked painting
